GUEST ARTISTS AND TEACHERS:
With the participation of dancers, movement educators and improvisers to co-create a creative context that promotes dance, body awareness and the choreographic and sonic expression of the encounter. DUNA will be a real opportunity to explore the poetry of movement in connection with nature, where we will present improvisation as a living territory of performative integration.
A South American cast of artists and improvisers will come together to share their knowledge: Mónica Burity with a contemporary approach to samba, Will Freitas with a rhythmic-poetic approach to hip-hop, Sole Medina will guide in the world of contact and improvisation, Chaya Vasquez with live music and soundscape, and Camila Seeger tuning into “dance and nature” from an eco-somatic perspective.

PROGRAM FOR CHILDREN > QUINTAL BRINCANTE / PLAYFUL YARDS
Because over the years of producing dance gatherings, we have understood the importance of welcoming mothers, fathers and families who want to dance, and of offering a creative caring environment for children. For this reason, we have prepared a special program for children. The festival will create a "Quintal Brincante" (Playful Yards), led by Damarise Ste Marie and Camila Seeger, along with an integrated rotation system between parents and volunteers. This will occur in the main studio (Beira Mar) and in the Studio Vivo de la Toca do Lagarto (near Beira Mar), offering a special environment for children and their caregivers, with a dance studio and a patio with swimming pool ideal for enjoyment.
-
Mornings 9:00am - 12:45pm
-
Afternoons 16:00pm - 18:30pm
>> Activities will always begin and end in the main studio to take the children to lunch and dinner and share these moments together. The environment will be a network of mutual support between production, teachers, parents, caregivers and volunteers, who will create the daily schedule based on pool time, beach time, free play and joint creative projects. In addition, there will be hip-hop classes, "tongues in motion" (English-Portuguese-Spanish) and manual activities.
>> The context is designed for the autonomous development of children from 5 years old with adult support and guidance.
Early childhood is welcome! Always with someone responsible in charge.
