Tuning Bodies
Tuning into Body Ecologies

“With personalized assistance we learn to accept limitations and explore new forms of movement to expand perspectives about our body”
-
Free accompaniment:presenting a curiosity, desire or need to develop with your body, Camila accompanies you in this process with weekly classes, exercise programs, assistance videos and theoretical content that collaborate and nourish your process of self-education and body awareness in direction of your curiosity.
-
Injury support:If you are recovering from an injury, this is an opportunity to connect with the awareness and learning that comes with an injury. This under no circumstances replaces diagnosis and other medical treatments, but rather offers support for the recovery process from the development of body awareness that provides the perception of movement and micro-movement. If you feel recurring tension in certain places, this is an excellent option that gives you perspective on how to reorganize tension and increase tension integration according to the particularities of your body and your personal well-being.

An opportunity to catalyze and improve your physical training process, accompany an injury and or have particular desires to integrate your corporality,
Allowing ourselves to be accompanied and cultivating intimacy with our anatomy and corporality is an opportunity to bond. The body speaks. Connecting with your feelings is developing our body awareness from the physical to the subtle.
How does it work?

The main goal is to cultivate intimacy with your anatomy and expand bodily pathways.
Working from active restoration exercises, myofascial release, energetic self-touch, biomechanical analysis and self-observation in movement to expand the feeling of well-being and body self-care
"As a facilitator I am interested in supporting the process you are in and guiding your practice of body self-observation in your daily life to expand the points of view you have of yourself"
What is developing your Body Awareness of Movement?
It is expanding the points of view you have of yourself!
Developing our self-observation around how our structure and its movement dynamics are organized, allows us to fine-tune our internal sensors, to perceive the inside-outside relationship, the levels of tension and tensional integration that help us be where we are and at the same time they fixate on the body, creating new blind spots to be observed.

"Camila is detailed and thorough in guiding you and is very clear in transmitting her knowledge. She is always attentive to your needs and helps you explore and discover new possibilities. She encourages you to become aware of small movements and how these are transformed into freer and broader movements without ever losing the connection that exists between the small (micro) and the large
(macro).
