“Greater connection with my body. Less body anxiety, allowing myself to move from the minimum necessary until I am surprised by my body possibilities.”

Based on a pedagogical proposal that uses simple movement motifs accessible from the game to deepen motor perception, observe repetition, adaptability, listening and intensity regulation according to the bodily sensation that opens when moving.

Stimulating the process of perceptual self-education about how and where you are, to open spaces of consciousness in movement that is updated in the practice of somatic listening.

“When going through the practices I understood that the important thing is to investigate ourselves, to integrate ourselves as a whole from this body that I am. It was like leaving the limiting point of view of moving, to take a quantum leap, where I merged with the infinity of the fascia, the flow of my breath and the multiple spirals that inhabit me. Listening to those internal patterns that allow my body to move and express itself helped me in my healing process, gave me a sense and a compass to dance from a place of greater awareness, openness and enjoyment.”
