“With personalized assistance we learn to accept limitations and explore new forms of movement to expand perspectives about our body” Personalized Assistance Free accompaniment: presenting a curiosity, desire or need to develop with your body, Camila accompanies you in this process with weekly classes, exercise programs, assistance videos and theoretical content that collaborate and nourish your process of self-education and body awareness in direction of your curiosity. Injury support: If you are recovering from an injury, this is an opportunity to connect with the awareness and learning that comes with an injury. This under no circumstances replaces diagnosis and other medical treatments, but rather offers support for the recovery process from the development of body awareness that provides the perception of movement and micro-movement. If you feel recurring tension in certain places, this is an excellent option that gives you perspective on how to reorganize tension and increase tension integration according to the particularities of your body and your personal well-being. An opportunity to catalyze and improve your physical training process, accompany an injury and or have particular desires to integrate your corporality, Allowing ourselves to be accompanied and cultivating intimacy with our anatomy and corporality is an opportunity to bond. The body speaks. Connecting with your feelings is developing our body awareness from the physical to the subtle. Talk to me! How does it work? The main goal is to cultivate intimacy with your anatomy and expand bodily pathways. Working from active restoration exercises, myofascial release, energetic self-touch, biomechanical analysis and self-observation in movement to expand the feeling of well-being and body self-care "As a facilitator I am interested in supporting the process you are in and guiding your practice of body self-observation in your daily life to expand the points of view you have of yourself" What is developing your Body Awareness of Movement? It is expanding the points of view you have of yourself! Developing our self-observation around how our structure and its movement dynamics are organized, allows us to fine-tune our internal sensors, to perceive the inside-outside relationship, the levels of tension and tensional integration that help us be where we are and at the same time they fixate on the body, creating new blind spots to be observed. See more! "Camila is detailed and thorough in guiding you and is very clear in transmitting her knowledge. She is always attentive to your needs and helps you explore and discover new possibilities. She encourages you to become aware of small movements and how these are transformed into freer and broader movements without ever losing the connection that exists between the small (micro) and the large (macro). From the intuitive impulse to tune in to our body perception arises Dynamic Consciousness A context to encourage self-observationmoving on a physical, biological and mindful level, in its relationship with the internal-external environment and the bodily conversations that appear. I can go for a walk and perceive the angles (axes) of movement of my pelvis in relation to my leg, to the ground, to the atmosphere. And I can connect with that perception to address the dynamics of consciousness that exist in me.” “Our body consciousness is permeable, has memory and is updated multi-directionally. What is your body process and personal desire? Dynamic consciousness offers various modalities, whether to generate regularity, get to know a part of your body better, catalyze some learning process or simply address your personal desires in relation to the desire that arises from the body in movement. See more! WHY BODY AWARENESS? WHAT IS IT FOR? Body awareness is the ability to perceive the body in relation to space (exteroception) and with itself (interoception) and to the outside (exteroception). It does not judge what it is or does, but rather develops a complex system of body conversation that allows us to orient ourselves in space, avoiding hit us, to measure intensity, since our brain and Their intelligence inhabits the entire body. This kinesthetic process (learning through movement) allows the body to identify the kinetic energy in you and its positioning (proprioception). Now, everything requires kinetic energy! And increasing our capacity for motor self-observation promotes the perception of our body and its context. See more! “I perceive my body to the extent that I feel the touch of movement in me, towards me and from me, opening spaces where there did not seem to be any” Camila Seeger

"Moving connects me with the dimension of the body and its kinetic dynamics. And They orient me in the inside-outside-inside space. And my daily life receives awareness about the functionality that exists in me and the possibilities of moving in my favor.” HELLO! I'm Camila Seeger C. Somatic educator and movement facilitator. I have put my interest in the area of body awareness since my adolescence, receiving motor re-education with Ginepta Sandoval (pioneer Chilean kinesiologist). I studied dance and performing arts in Santiago de Chile and specialized in contemporary dance and somatic practices between 2009-2016. Awarded on 3 occasions by the Ministry of Culture and the Arts of Chile, to carry out my specialty in Axis Syllabus (A.S.) as a certified teacher, and to include it in my library of somatic learning and dance that includes: BMC, Feldenkrais, Alexander Technique, Anatomy Trains, Being in body, Yoga, Pilates, Contact Improvisation, Flying Low, Rolfing, self-myofascial release. My most relevant training includes more than 15 years of contemporary dance and somatic practices in South America and Europe. She is a certified Axis Syllabus teacher, a certified Access Consciousness ® practitioner (Bars and Energy Facelift) and a Living and Conscious Education apprentice. A bodily intuition brought me to live in rural areas to develop new odds of herds and families in constant interaction with nature. The sea appeared as a context for body research and it even gave me a sport - surfing. Surrendered to the instability and geographical relief of the environment, my curiosity about liquid movement and flow has branched out, turning the contents into possibilities for experimentation and letting my body take the notes. my vision My pedagogical perspective works on action, awakening and vibrating with the desire for movement - for life! - that our body has, creates and generates. Placing myself in the body, as a place of expansion of consciousness in which various fields of perception live and where being in observation and notification allows us to welcome, develop and open space for what did not seem to exist. From this point of view, consciousness judges nothing, instead it makes room for the updating of our self-perception in motion. Notifying in the body, the temporality of learning, desire and need of each one.

Participa aqui!
